Hi! My name is Tan Nguyen.
I currently am a Law Enforcement officer for the Roswell Police Dept and have been for over 8 years. I have been involved in CrossFit for approximately 8 years and received my CF-L1 in 2023. If you come to one of my classes, you’ll be in for some good music and high energy. I love to make CrossFit fun for beginner level athletes to advanced athletes but be warned…I’ll push you beyond your limits.
Fear of failure. Do NOT be afraid to fail and what I mean but that is learn from the failure. Relating to CrossFit, don’t be afraid to push yourself. Even if you miss the time cap or fail a heavy max lift, don’t get down on yourself. It’s all about consistently and when you continue to show up everyday, the results will be more than what you could hope for.
I tell the athletes that in CrossFit, you’ll definitely suffer through some workouts but if you’re suffering so is everyone else and the great part is you get to suffer together lol.
The athletes. Seeing their reaction after a new PR or perfecting a new Olympic lift. Even during the WODs, there’s always competition amongst the athletes and coaches so we push each other.
